Apple Podcasts on MacOS Sequoia missing feature of synced transcripts like iOS

The missing feature of synced transcripts on the MacOS would be hugely beneficial as digging through an hour long transcript for a specific reference is cumbersome.

Understanding "Up Next": Apple Podcasts.... For the life of me I can't decipher "Up Next"....it certainly doesn't play in the order listed. Adding a podcast to "Play next" doesn't change the viewed order but does cause a podcast to repeat play. How can something as simple as a queue not be a queue????
