Apple Music isn't Letting Me Add a Song From File

I shared a song from Logic to Music, and all of a sudden it's decided that the iTunes store doesn't recognise my music library it won't upload the song.

It tells me to go to File → Library → Turn Off Genius to toggle genius (Which I don't even use) but that option is not there.

The last time this error message, "Genius can't be updated because the iTunes Store doesn't recognise your Music library," was talked about on here, appears to be three years ago. For extra information, this is what I'm using:

MacBookAir6,2 (early 2014)

macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2026)

Apple Music 1.0.6.10

There are several reasons I cannot upgrade from this despite having a newer Mac with newer versions of all these, which I will not detail here. All you need to know is that I cannot just move to the new one and expect all my Logic files to work.
