How do I delete a ghosted TV show from iTunes on Windows 11?

I no longer have this tv show on my pc nor linked to a file on my windows 11 pc. It will not allow me to delete it. I have rebooted, cleared out the temp files, redownloaded the episode to my pc, played a few seconds - it plays fine. Removed the download and tried to delete. It will not delete. I don't know what to do next.
