iPhone speaker keeps disconnecting from MacBook Air during FaceTime

My iphone speaker keeps disconnecting form my Mac book causing people to not be able to hear me while I am on FaceTime with them

People hear my internal sounds on FaceTime I have an iPhone 15 and people can hear my videos and music when I am on Factime, but when the same people I am on Facetime with play their videos(also on their phones) I cannot hear them. We have tested this multiple times, and this never used to happen on my older models. Recently it has actually changed from bits and pieces to other people being able to hear full videos. How do I fix so they can’t hear me, I know for a fact this isn’t because I don’t wear headphones as this issue has never happened before.

Have you tried to restart both of the devices to see if the issues persist?
