How can I recover accidentally deleted files from iCloud Drive?

my WhatsApp was deleted but before that I backed it up already to my iCloud and it was complete and visible then after reinstalling my WhatsApp I tried uploading WhatsApp media from my iCloud Drive turns out it wasn’t there anymore it has been deleted by mistake

Deleted Files on iCloud I recently deleted some files which were synced across another computer using iCloud. Upon releasing my mistake I tried to recover them through 'recently deleted files'. Unfortunately nothing was there. I also tried restore files which also didn't work. Any suggestions?
