Deleted Files on iCloud

I recently deleted some files which were synced across another computer using iCloud. Upon releasing my mistake I tried to recover them through 'recently deleted files'. Unfortunately nothing was there. I also tried restore files which also didn't work. Any suggestions?

How can I recover files lost in the icloud? I had files that I could not recover hat are no longer showing in in the iCloud Drive (like time machine)
