I would venture to guess that it has to do with the fact that Meta may no longer be supporting the apps that you have that will only work on the older iOS that you have. The iPhone 6s was released 10 years ago. But, those are all 3rd party apps, and if you are looking for support for those apps, you will need to contact Meta support.
Probably because the developer has stopped supporting old versions of the apps. I believe WhatsApp only works with the last 2 iOS versions.
This is not an Apple problem. Contact the developer for support.
As long as your iPhone is updated to at least the most current version of iOS 15, which iOS 15.8.4, all three apps should still work.
WhatsApp requires at least iOS 15.1
Facebook requires at least iOS 15.1
TikTok requires at least iOS iOS 12
So, what iOS version are you running on your iPhone? If your iPhone is current, you might try deleting the apps, then downloading them again from the App Store. But make sure you do know your login credentials.
