We have a subscription to The Amazing Race on Apple TV. We’ve never had to endure ads until this week. In addition to not being able to watch this weeks episode on our big screen TV (as we have done the previous 10 weeks), we now have to watch at least two minutes of ads each break for something we’ve ALREADY PAID FOR! What is going on?!?

It appears that this show is on CBS and on Paramount+. A Paramount+ subscription can be available through your Apple Account, but it is not part of an Apple TV+ subscription.

if it was me then I would reach out to the content provider
the program do not seem to be an appletv+ (what most people talk about when they say appletv subscription)
even if the subscription to whatever content provider was made using the appleID then the content provider still set the rules
me too. annoying. it is so difficult to run away from ads these days, even with a premium account.
