How to skip Touch ID setup?

I don't have fingerprints--want to skip Touch ID on all my apple products, including the new keyboard.

Touch ID has been deleted completely from my settings; how do i reinstall this? I tried to delete a fingerprint and it deleted that with the settings to use Touch ID whatsoever.

You don't need to use it.

You should see something that says "Skip" or "Later" or "Cancel" somwhere set up.
