Unable to sign out from Apple Music due to missing menu bar option

Im trying to sign out of apple music and there is no way to sign out the menu bar is missing. Tried rebooting, going into settings control center and there is nothing there to show if it was hidden or not. If I go into desktop and dock and the menu bar I have automatically hide and show menu bar set to never and still doesnt show.

How do I fix this so the menu bar shows on apple music and I can sign out?
