Apple music keeps popping up and adding itself to the dock at inoportune times.

I cannot control this App. It will not leave me alone. It is not enabled on the notification list. I quit it and removed it from the dock. Not long after it pops up and takes over my screen again. It is not enabled for startup either. I am using the latest Ventura 13.2.1 on a Macbook Pro.

Music is acting like an annoying virus. How does one make it stop (and stay stopped until explicitly asked for)?
