What steps should I take to get my Mac mini ready to sell?

I am selling my 2024 M4 Mac Mini. What should I do before turning it over to the new buyer. I will also be transfering the AppleCare with it. Just want to be sure they don't have any of my personal information. Thanks in advance, Steve
