Apple Reminders greyed out and not working when icloud is turned on

Whenever I have the apple reminders sync turned on with my icloud account, I am not able to view, create or edit any reminders. Everything in the app is just greyed out. This only happens when I have sync on Icloud turned on. It is also happening with my Icloud account specifically, tried it with my sisters account and that worked fine. I even switched phones and the issue is still there.

Reminders only show up on my laptop I use my phone to set a reminder. Reminder never shows up on phone. I login to my laptop, wadda ya know, all of my reminders and missed app requests from my children. Yeah I can log out and log in again... but have to resync wallet etc. Seriously Apple, this is not that hard of a problem to solve.

Apple Reminders App Syncing Issue - iPhone - iOS 16.1.2 I’m using my iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPad Pro and Macbook Pro running the most current operating systems as of 12-5-2022. All signed into my one and only Apple ID. All Apple apps except Reminders sync both ways on all three of my devices. All syncing for all the apps work both directions on the MacBook and iPad. My iPhone receives all changes made on the other two devices. If I make any change in Reminders on my iPhone they do not seem to get pushed to iCloud therefore they don’t show on my other devices. I’ve restarted all devices I’ve turned off and on Reminders syncing I uninstalled, then restarted, then reinstalled Reminders. I’ve signed out of my Apple ID, restarted, signed back in Made sure the time settings were correct and on automatic I reset the network settings Finally, I did a full reset and restore on my iPhone. No luck. Apple Reminders on my iPhone will not send information up to iCloud. My other devices work great. I’m at a complete loss. I rely on Apple Reminders and the syncing functionality, I don’t know what to do now. Very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
