How do I fix cross-downloaded photos after backing up two iPhones?

I backed up two phones to transfer data to mine and my family members and for some reason it seems to have cross downloaded. I see my dads photos saved on my photos and mine are on his and I’

didnt have family sharing. The device info for both phones is showing on mine

That will happen if you log into the same Apple ID.
