Why is my WhatsApp restore stuck at 82% on iPhone 7 mini?

restoring my whatsapp history from icloud is stuck at 82% despite all efforts. I'm restoring whatsapp data on the same phone, Iphone 7 mini

Unable to restore WhatsApp chats from iCloud on iPhone after iOS 18.4.1 update After updating software 18.4.1my iPhone XS max i tried to restore the chat history on WhatsApp from the iCloud backup .The restore is getting stuck for hours and says no backup found that can’t be right because i make sure my iCloud is on and have space. There is no such thing as an iPhone 7 mini. The iPhone 7 only came in Regular and Plus versions.
