Tool for Google Chrome that can automatically click anywhere on Mac's webpage

Hi, I’m using a Mac (2015) and I need a tool for Google Chrome that can automatically click anywhere on a webpage every 10 seconds. While this is running, I want to be able to browse other tabs or pages. Could you recommend any free, easy-to-install, and user-friendly tools or extensions for this purpose?

As others already noted more detail would help, such as describing what you intend to accomplish with such a tool. However, I will gratuitously assume you have a need to automatically reload a page every ten seconds, presumably to convince the web page you haven't fallen asleep or otherwise ignored the web page. If that is correct then look for something along those lines. For example a Firefox Extension called "Auto Refresh Page" can do that.

Caveats: I do not use that particular product because it requires permission to (among other things) "access your data for all websites" which does exactly what it implies, without limitation, meaning "your data" is no longer yours. It's theirs.

But you are using Google Chrome, so you already agreed to that, and perhaps you don't mind.

Anyway there may be other products that don't do that, but they probably won't be free... one of your stated requirements. I'd rather pay for something than give up everything.
