How do I remove overlay arrow button for voiceover reading on iPhone?

You can turn off, or customize VoiceOver:
Tap Settings > Accessibility > Speak Selection (or Speak Screen)

Thanx, its already solved. It was stuck on and yet not selected. Switching it on and off again helped.
