Songs are grayed out in Apple Music

I have an Apple Music susbcription

I noticed that some songs started becoming grayed out for now reason

Whenever there is a post about this the response is quickly that it's not available on Apple Music or my region anymore.

This is not the case

For example with the album 'Hits of Amar Singh Chamkila and Amarjot' I can play half of the album directly in my library and the other half is grayed out (all from the same source on Apple Music)

When I right click on a song that is grayed out, I can view it in Apple Music, then add it to my library again or download it.

But I don't really like this approach every time a group of songs randomly starts graying out, anyone have any idea what's going on?
