After I bought Procreate it disappeared and became 13 dollars on the App Store

I bought it when it was costing 10 dollars then after 1 or 2 years it was uninstalled because I didn’t use for a while and when I tried to reinstall it it didn’t work so I deleted it and went to AppStore to install it again and I found that it costs 13 dollars

Purchased app wants me to purchase it again Okay so like a year ago i bought an app, used it for couple months and then uninstalled it because i was running low on storage. Today i try to reinstall it but it says i need to purchase it again so i went to my Apple ID and looked at my purchase history to see if i was using the correct ID and there it was, so uh help?
