How do I report a missing location on Apple Maps when it pops up in foreign language?

My full question displayed here:

Problem with my property (in Charlotte, NC) showing as a vacant lot. Doesn't show my house on it. When I go to 'report something missing' in the Maps app, it comes up in a foreign language! How can I get this fixed?

I got this address from the Mecklenburg County GIS group when buying the property. Over a year ago I got this address registered with the US Postal Service and began receiving shipments of materials at the site for construction. (If you're involved in logistics, you know that the USPS address database is the major resource for many organizations). At first there were some difficulties since GPS software hand't updated the address. This has been corrected, Apple Maps, Google Maps, show the address marked on a vacant parcel of land. I order a lot online, most carriers get it right. I just recently had a major issue with a shipment coming from New York by Fedex Ground. Halfway here to Charlotte at a transit point somebody noticed no building here and sent the shipment back to New York. The locals here know there's a house on the property, but I still get questions of if the address is correct - which it is. How can I get this fixed with the 'Guy in the Sky?'
