Suddenly when I'm on FaceTime the Dynamic Island glows green(when camera is on) or organge(when camera is off)
Never did this before and it's distracting. It randomly started to happen 1 hour ago. Before when on FaceTime the Dynamic Island didn't do that. How can I disable, or is this a bug.

Those are not bugs but rather privacy indicators to let you know apps are using your camera and microphone. The orange icon represents an app is using your mic, and the green icon represents an app is using your camera and/or mic. Considering you are on a FaceTime call, those observations are absolutely normal.
