Why can't I access my web streaming account in Safari on iPhone?

I am using iPhone 13 w/recent update, new iPad mini w/recent update and MacBookAir (Sonoma 14.7.4) and haven't been able to access my web streaming account in the past 3 days. My friend was able to sign in using his Microsoft PC.

Attached is the screenshot of the error. I hope you can give me a suggestion. I can't even file an error ticket!
