Apple M1 Pro Sequoia 15.4.1 Safari Still Crashing

Apple Device had perhaps some audio issues since purchasing up until an update about a year ago where Safari began to crash. At first it was crashed whenever I opened a page. It's improved to only certain pages now. However, the issue very much still exists and I report each instance. A year after this occurring the issue persists. Where are the developers to remediate the issue with urgency? Doesn't Apple have any legal obligation to not launch and sell non functional products to consumers?
