Edited Photos and Videos Not Updating on iCloud When Viewed from Computer

Hi, I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with iCloud. When I edit photos or videos on my iPhone, adjusting things like opacity, contrast, or applying filters, the changes don’t show up when I access iCloud from my computer.

I’ve already checked my storage, internet connection, and everything seems to be working fine. When I take new photos or videos, they appear on iCloud within seconds, so syncing isn't the issue. However, any edits I make to those files never show up when viewed from iCloud on my computer.

How can I fix this?
