So, here is what to do. Please contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank and request the ACH (Automatic Clearing House) transfer number for the transaction. If they’ve not already done so, request they trace the transaction.
Contact a representative at PFFCU and give them the number and ask they trace the transaction. They should see a second trace number that the receiving bank gets. Every transfer has two tracking numbers, one for the sender and one for receiver.
Get the receiver tracking number and ask Green Dot to trace that number. Compare results and the error will appear.
Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Cash > scroll down > Bank Account > what bank is listed, do the last 4 numbers of Routing number and Account number match your account at PFFCU?
If Green Dot won’t cooperate we can go another route, but I can’t imagine that happening.
