Why are my FaceTime calls not notifying on Mac?

"Why are my FaceTime calls not notifying on Mac?: when I open my Mac and send FaceTime calls to either the FaceTime app or them iMessage app, the recipient does not receive a notification of my call. When the recipient tries to call me, I do not receive a notification on my Mac, but only my iPhone."

3. Comment: on when this issue began, and how you've troubleshot it, thus far. Include the URL of this thread
4. Proceed from there as necessary

FaceTime Not Notifying:

A. Restart and Froce Restart:

Save what need be on both devices, and then Restart your Mac, and Force Restart your iPhone.

B. Re-Pair FaceTime:

Have you installed any updates, recently? IF so, that can sue misconfigurations, at times. So, set FaceTime up once more between your Mac and the iPhone. Unpair them, prior to the re-pair.
