We started our company getting individual appl accounts with people's professional emails addresses (using our domain).
We recently opened to ABM and decided to lock the domain and get everyone to transfer their accounts to the Business.
Works well for some, but I have one person who just doesn't get an option to transfer their account, see attached picture.
What should we do?

Yes, generally it would have thr transfer button with a red message giving conditions on what is needed to do it. But there the button is just not there at all. Do you know how/who could help me with this? Is there a support line/team, or just the community website?
Check if these settings that might prevent the transfer:
◦ Family Sharing enabled
◦ Recovery Contact assigned
◦ Outstanding Apple Account balance
◦ Use of iCloud Mail, Apple Pay, or Advanced Data Protection
