Bought the iPhone 16 in November 2024. Now it’s at 97% battery health with 180 cycles.
I don’t game, just use social media (about 7 hours screen time daily), and I charge from 20% to 80%, usually twice a day.
Is this normal or too fast?

Perfectly normal. Your iPhone 16 is expected to drop about 1% per 50 charge cycles. Apple also rounds down any tenth of a percent. Meaning after 180 charge cycles, you really should be at 96%. That means you got a battery that came above 100% and as a result is doing better than normal.
Sounds absolutely normal. Your usage pattern is decreasing batty health by ½ to 1% a month. That’s the expected norm.
Better than normal. For every up to 50 cycles, you can expect about a 1% drop in battery health. In reality, your battery is doing well.
