Why is my Mac mini's audio playback on Safari slowed down?

Hello,

My Mac Mini's audio playback in Safari is slowed and pitched down sometimes, I'm not sure at what moment it happens, but it happens randomly. It's affecting the video playback as well graphic and the audio are mismatched. It's affecting all audio playback in Safari. It's not fixed until I restart my mac.

What can be the issue?

I have mentioned that my Macbook Air 2018 was handling Ableton 10 buffer size better than M4 Mini is handling Ableton 12, which makes me think this might be general audio issue of Mac M4 mini?
