Resolving parental control issues on Family Sharing accounts

I set up parental controls for my daughters apple account and I’m showing as the guardian but the controls I have set for my daughters account are also restricting my account as the parent in family sharing how do I get the restrictions off my parental account? Why is my account being restricted when I have selected age range 9-11 for my daughters apple account and I’m obviously the parent!? Our apple IDs are showing up correct also

How to turn off parental permissions for 18+ family member. My son is 18 going on 19 and he's included in our family sharing. Until he was 18, I had parental controls set up on his phone and every time that he wanted to download an app, his phone would send me a message requesting permission for the app. It worked great. But, once he turned 18, I no longer find that feature necessary. I've completely turned off parental permissions. I removed my account from the App Store and signed him in under his own name. I think I've done everything I need to do, short of removing him entirely from the family sharing, and I'm still receiving requests for app approval. What's wrong? How do I remove this feature?

How can I create child account aged 14-18 for Family Sharing? I'm attempting to create a child account for my teenager but when I attempt to set her birthday the UI limits me to choosing a year a maximum of 13 years ago. Are 14-18 year olds not eligible to hold child accounts in Family Sharing? How do I work around this UI limit to create an account? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
