I created a 2D 2-axis chart in Pages and added value labels. When I convert it to PDF and open the file in Adobe Acrobat, the value labels disappear from both the line chart and the bar chart. Is this a bug? They are visible in Preview.

Others have reported similar problems with using Acrobat to open charts exported from Numbers, which isn't all that surprising since Pages and Numbers use the same underlying systems.
The fact it's visible in Preview is the weird part - if it wasn't there at all it would be easier to understand. Either way I think it has to be classified as a bug. Feedback - Pages - Apple would be the next port of call.
