Apple Numbers Chart Not Exporting Labels to PDF

I'm using the latest version of Numbers (14.3). I have Numbers sheet I am trying to export to PDF so I can email it around to people easily. There is a chart with data point names and values on the sheet. If I print the sheet it prints everything, but if I export to PDF the data names and values don't show up. I'll attach a sheet shot for comparison. Any help would be appreciated.

Interesting. If I open it in Preview then it shows accurately. Also, if I view the "preview" of the PDF in the Finder window the labels are showing. But as soon as I open the PDF then they disappear. Would this be an issue with Acrobat then?

What happens if you open it in the Preview app instead of Acrobat?

What happens if you print to PDF instead of exporting to PDF? It may go through a different process.
