Icloud password approval windows

I need help getting icloud to approval for passwords,

I reloaded google chrome, added password extensions. But in icloud I cannot approve passwords.

It send the code, you can enter the code, then it goes back and still say approve.

Tried uninstalling icloud, and reinstalling, did not work,
