Why won’t my Apple Music playlist keep the same ‘Repeat’ settings?

Hello!

In all released versions of iOS 18, the Music app on my iPhone 16 Pro forgets the Repeat setting.

For example, if I turn on Repeat for a given playlist on day 1 and then return to play that playlist on day 3, the Repeat setting is off and after the playlist's final track has played, the music stops.

I would like all of my playlists to be configured to repeat after their final track has played.

In previous versions of iOS, I did accomplish this…all of my playlists did repeat after the final track played; i.e., the first track then played.
