Why do my Jabra hearing aid won't pair with my iPhone 14 after iOS 18.4.1 update?

Unless someone has the same pair of hearing aids from Jabra, it's not likely you'll get much usable support here. If unpairing them pairing them again didn't help, I would recommend since Apple doesn't make these aids, that you reach out to Jabra Support for help.

Two things you could try:

1. Make sure you're using the latest version of the Jabra App. If there is no update in the App Store, you can delete the app, the install the app again, then pair them fresh to the app again.
2. After an iOS update, I ALWAYS Force Restart my iPhone immediately after the update. Give this a try as well --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If neither of the above help, then reaching out to Jabra Support is the best course of action.

I don't have Jabra hearing aids, I have Resound. I do know that pairing the devices to the iPhone and the Resound app can be difficult sometimes. This can happen with all hearing aids that are considered Mfi or Made for iPhone aids. There is a specific order they have to be paired in, and sometimes it can take more than one try. I agree with the other two posters, if you continue to have difficulty, reach out to Jabra if you have already followed the steps in the manual you received with the hearing aids.

Just to add, (and if you haven’t done so already) check the hearing aid app (if applicable) for troubleshooting guides.

Some of the hearing aid apps have excellent troubleshooting guides built into the app, designed to be easily understood by seniors.
