I am experiencing an issue on my iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS from 18 to 18.4.1 where the screen remains dark and doesn’t light up during incoming calls. This issue occurs intermittently, and while it does not happen with every call, it happens frequently. with every 3rd ,4th call I am unable to see the caller’s information or answer the call by tapping on the screen

Yes auto brightness is on, I didn't faces this issue everytime but after 3 or 4 incoming calls I faces this problem, I declines the call with the power button but the phone shows only black screen and after couple of minutes the screen opens.
When the dark screen happens does the iPhone seem warm? Is the iPhone plugged into a charger when it happens?
