Restoring WhatsApp Chat with iCloud URGENT

For some context, I wasn't aware that WhatsApp (WA) business and WA had to have separate phone numbers. So I had changed my business WA phone number to my current WA phone number...which caused all my WA chats to be transferred to my WA business. So all my chat history that was originally in WA business was maintained, but ALL my chat history from my WA group chats and regular chats with people was all gone. Knowing now that shouldn't have changed my phone number, I transferred everything, including my WA business chats all to the WA app. However, the issue still persisted; the WA business chat history was maintained, but not my regular WA chat history from before. So all the groups I have been added to in the past simply sent the message that I have been added to the group chat...but there was no chat history at all, no texts no photos, NOTHING. So then I go to my iCloud storage and look at WA, and there was still about 37GB of backup stored in iCloud! Whereas on my WA, they have their own backup that has stored chats from the past 3 days (I've been trying to fix the issue for that long), and so far it has around 27MB. My question is, if I factory reset my phone attempting to get that WA backup from my iCloud storage, will it pull from the 37GB OR from WA's own backup storage of 27MB? I don't mind losing a few days' worth of chat history compared to YEARS of chat history. Please help! I'm also worried that in a few days, my iCloud will automatically backup the 27MB on WA and the 37GB of data will be erased!
