How can I secure my Apple Account?

I am using only one device on my account yet I keep getting a message saying all devices. It’s telling me I have two iPhones hooked to my account. How do I disconnect any other devices

Log into https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage

Then in the Devices section click on your device.

To remove a device, click on the Device name and then click Remove from account.

Or go to Settings > [username] > [device name] on an iPhone or iPad.
