New 2FA that requires PC and iDevice to be on same network can't be done, so now what?

How can I approve iCloud Passwords for Edge browser when my PC and iPhone can't be on the same network, and bluetooth doesn't work?

I have a pc at work that has iCloud and iTunes installed, but it's a desktop and doesn't have a Bluetooth adapter that works with the iPhone. So I connect it with a USB cable, but the 2FA authentication for iCloud Passwords that is required to Approve in the iCloud app demands that iDevice and PC are on same network or pc.

My pc is connected by EtherNet on one network, the domain network for my company. The iPhone is connected to a different network reserved for guests and unmanaged devices for security reasons. So I'm stuck. How can I get this working?
