Unable to reset Face ID on my iPhone 13

Following an update to iOS 18.4.1 my Face ID has stopped working. When trying to reset it I have to disable Stolen Device Protection which requires Face ID to turn off. How can I resolve this circular constuffulation

Troubleshooting Find My on an iPhone:

If Find My is Dulled-Out:

Be certain Find My is set up correctly.
