After updating 18.2 in iPhone Face ID won't work

After updating 18.2 face id not working I can’t rest face id and all settings I can’t erase my phone I can’t turn off my account because stolen device protection is on and i try tu turn off stolen device protection but face id not working. Please let me know what I need to do for this

Face ID suddenly stopped working on iPhone XR I have an Iphone Xr and my face id suddenly stopped working saying "There's an issue with your Iphones ability to use Face ID". And i want to try reset Face Id or at least change my password to short one, because its not convenient for me to use my long password if i cant use my Face Id. I cant literally do nothing with my phone because all the important settings ask for Face ID. How do i turn off stolen device protection without Face Id? Please help [Re-Titled by Moderator]
