Unable to call back on FaceTime using my Apple Watch

I do receive call notifications when someone makes FaceTime call, but I can’t call back on my watch. I’ve read it may cause problems with ratio app, which is not working as well. I send invitations to my husband, but he never get them, the same happens when he sends me them.
