Why does Siri and Dictation keep stopping randomly on my iPad Pro?

I posted a bit ago, yet wasn’t able to post again to that thread for some reason. Siri/dictation totally stops working, randomly on my iPad Pro 13in M4 iOS 18.4.1. I totally reset my iPad and restarted it as a brand new one, not from a back up. That solved the problem for a day and a half, but it returned. The only thing that seems to work is turning Siri off, and then turning it back on again. That causes both Siri and dictation to work – but then it randomly stops again. No rhyme or reason.

just thought I’d let everyone know, and see if anyone else has heard from Apple about this issue

The same thing is happening to me on my iPad Pro, iOS 18.4.1. Siri has stopped working for no apparent reason 5-6 times in the last month. The WiFi is stable. When I restart my iPad, sometimes it resolves, sometimes it doesn’t; same thing with flipping the Siri “switch” off and on. Twice I had to reprogram the voice prompts from scratch. This is really getting annoying.
