Live Speech Saved Phrases Error

I'm following up on Live Speech Save Phrases Error - Apple Community, which was closed without a resolution. The problem is that Saved Phrases can get stuck, unremoveable. I tried working with Apple Support, but they were no help. Eventually, with the help of ChatGPT, I identified the file holding the saved phrases. I just had to delete the file and flush the cache. It may or may not have also helped to add a new saved phrase at that point.
