How can I downgrade iPhone 13 from iOS 18 to iOS 17?
I have gotten performance issues with iOS 18, since my iPhone upgraded on its own. And know its annoying to have those problems.

It has never been possible. With millions of devices currently running iOS 18, it may be best to explain the problems you are experiencing. For an iPhone 13 with performance problems, the first thing to check is the Battery Health at Settings > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity. If the battery is original, it is likely less than 80% which means it needs replaced. Also on that page is a section titled Peak Performance Capability which will have a message if the device has Performance Management applied that may slow down your iPhone to reduce shutdowns.
Sorry, you cannot. Apple doesn't allow downgrading the operating system.
