I have a 300GB share on my family sharing, but wants to move it to a personal one.
How I can proceed to move it, as the default personal share is only 5GB?
Actually as my account is linked to the family sharing, iCloud do not allow me to upgrade my personal plan.
Do I have to disconnect first (expecting Apple will keep my 300GB data for a while), and then upgrade my personal plan?

You would need to subscribe to a iCloud plan greater than 300GB. iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support
Then, you can leave the family share. Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support
Of course, all of your data is also backed up elsewhere, "just in case," right?
As i´m still part of the Family plan, I can not upgrade the personal one (to 300GB at least) in order to maintain my shared data in a safe transit space. And yes, indeed, I´ll have to assure its backup (better from icloud to the local disk)
