Bought iPhone 13 at Dubai Airport (Terminal 3) – Unsure About FaceTime Availability

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from one of the electronics shops at Dubai International Airport (Terminal 3) while transiting. I was in a bit of a rush and forgot to double-check whether the model includes FaceTime.

The box is still sealed — is there a way to tell (maybe from the model number or packaging) if FaceTime is supported on this device before opening it? I’m based in the UK, so I’m hoping it won’t be one of those restricted versions.

Would appreciate any guidance before I decide whether to open it or return it.

Thanks!

Thanks! Really helpful. I’ll definitely check the model number before opening the box. Also didn’t realize the warranty might be limited outside the country of origin — that’s super helpful to know.

I picked up the phone while transiting through Dubai Airport Terminal 3 and in the rush, I didn’t think to ask the shop staff whether they sell UAE-specific models or global ones. Has anyone else bought from there and noticed which version they got?
