How can I fix loopback not setting concert tempo in Mainstage?

Dear all,

I am having hard time with loop back in mainstage.

Loopback is not setting up the concert tempo! :/

I have sync: off and everything I supposed to do but nothing is working. Tap tempo works but loopback doesnt do anything....

Any help? Please? Thank you so much
