What to do when Apple Intelligence download stalls on my MacBook Air?

I'm having issue with downloading support for apple intelligence and I'm quite stuck with 0% so what am I supposed to do?

Unable to download Apple Intelligence on my MacBook Air I can’t download Apple Intelligence to my MacBook. I’m using MacBook Air M2 (2022) with MacOSSequioa. Anytime I try downloading, it displays: “downloading”, but doesn’t display- download progress of 20% or 60%. I’ve tried restarting my Mac: same problem. My WiFi network is superb so it’s not an internet connection issue. Lastly, whenever I connect my WiFi to my Mac, it wipes the data in my WiFi network router fast without knowing if download is still in progress for the past 1 week now. Apple Intelligence stuck on downloading on Sequoia 15.2 over a week Apple Intelligence stuck on downloading on Sequoia 15.2 over a week on my Apple M2 Pro. I have plenty of space and see no way to reset the process. Anyone else have this problem? Any fixes?
