Unable to download Apple Intelligence on my MacBook Air

I can’t download Apple Intelligence to my MacBook. I’m using MacBook Air M2 (2022) with MacOSSequioa. Anytime I try downloading, it displays: “downloading”, but doesn’t display- download progress of 20% or 60%. I’ve tried restarting my Mac: same problem. My WiFi network is superb so it’s not an internet connection issue. Lastly, whenever I connect my WiFi to my Mac, it wipes the data in my WiFi network router fast without knowing if download is still in progress for the past 1 week now. Please I need a solution to this problem ASAP. Thank you 🙏🏾

Wondering which Mac OS Sequoia version is currently installed on your Mac:

Seems Apple Intelligence is turned on by default in the newest MacOS update.

What's new in the updates for macOS Sequoia - Apple Support says "MacOS 15.3" is the latest version

and

"macOS Sequoia updates improve the stability, performance, or compatibility of your Mac and are recommended for all macOS Sequoia users."

Reminder: It is always wise to back-up Mac before updating
